Richmond RCMP File# 12-2803Richmond RCMP investigators have gone to extreme lengths in attempts to solve a break-in to a residential home that took place in early 2012, in which almost $1 million in money and valueables were taken by a teenage suspect. Unfortunately the case has gone cold and investigators are seeking assistance from the public for tip information.On January 28th, 2012 a home located in the 5600 Block Walton Road was broken into and ransacked. The break in occured within a 50 minute period between 4:20pm and 5:10pm.A friend of the owner showed up at the house just in time to observe a lone teenage male fleeing the residence, jumping over the back fence carrying a Luis Vuitton hand bag. Inspection of the house revealed that a significant quantity of money, items and very expensive watches were taken. The value of loss is close to $1 Million CDN. Items stolen include (but are not limited to) three Iphone 4's, very expensive Piaget, Patek Philippe and Omega watches, a ruby ring, two passports, $18,000.00 CDN cash, two Ipads, a Sony camera and a pair of Monster Beat headphones.The suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his teens, 5'3", slim build with short curly blond hair. Crime: Arson to House Under Construction

Crime: Arsonist at Vancouver Centre Mall

VPD File #13-57783 Vancouver Police Arson Unit investigators are requesting help from the public in order to identify a male suspect that is believed to have started a fire at Vancouver Centre Mall. On April 19th, at approximately 12 Noon, a patron alerted maintenance staff that a fire had broken out in the mens's washroom located in the facilities near the entrance to the Canada Line Skytrain Station. Vancouver Fire and Rescue Services quickly responded to put out the fire which was started in one of the washroom stalls with a large quantity of toilet paper being ignited. Approximately $5000 in damage was incurred due to water supression and the fire damage to the washroom stall and paper dispenser. The suspect is described as being an Asian male, late 30's to late 40's, clean shaven, wearing a green toned baseball cap and jacket, black pants, white running shoes, carrying a black umbrella and a red eco bag. The suspect also carried a black back pack over his left shoulder. Photographs of the suspect were obtained from CCTV security cameras. The suspect remains unidentified and outstanding. The female exited the station with a second female and male companion. The victim proceeded to the platform. The unidentified male suspect returned to station, made his way down to the platform and struck the victim in the face with a closed fist. The victim fell to the ground and the male suspect fled. Crime: Betty Hemmings Leather Goods Break -In

Vancouver Police File #13-98512 Investigators with the Vancouver Police Department are requesting assistance from the public in attempting to identify two suspects that broke into a high end luggage and travel accessories store in the 400 block of Hornby Street in Vancouver. On June 25th, 2013 at approximately 1:00 am, two male suspects broke into the luggage store by smashing a large plate glass window. The suspects entered the store and loaded high-end luggage and purses into a rolling garbage can. One of the suspects left the store with an armload of purses. The second suspect left the store with a garbage can full of merchandise. Both suspects took off in a vehicle parked directly outside the store and drive away. Both suspects are described by clothing only: Suspect 1 was wearing a grey hoodie with the hood up, jeans and a construction helmet. Suspect #2 is described as wearing a black and light shouldered jacket with the hood up, jeans and a baseball hat. Both suspects wore gloves. Crime: Bike Thief at Columbia Skytrain Station

Transit Police File # GV2013 – 2846 On Wednesday, March 6, 2013 the victim chained his expensive bicycle to a metal railing on the 4th Avenue side (east) of the Columbia Sky Train station. The victim returned later to discover that his two ‘BONTRAGE’ wheels and rims had been stolen. A review of video camera shows that the suspect hung around the bicycle for 10 minutes, from about 10:40am until 10:50am before removing the tires and entering the station, most likely leaving on a skytrain. On January 26th, 2014 the male returned to the store and requested to see the same ring and a cheaper option. As the sales staff was showing the male the 2 engagement rings he grabbed them and ran out of the store knocking one of the sales associates to the ground. The rings are described as solitaire diamond rings in a “Tiffany” setting valued at $67,000 and $78,500. The suspect is described as a 30 year-old Caucasian male with an olive skin tone. He is further described as being approximately 5’8” – 5’9”, with short brown hair and at the time of incident, was wearing a Canucks baseball cap, black zip-up jacket and blue denim jeans. Extensive efforts through standard investigative avenues have failed to identify this suspect who robbed a bank in mid-February, however there is a good chance that the suspect can still be identified. On Friday February 15th at approximately 12:20PM, the lone suspect walked into a bank located in the 4400 Block of Main Street, presented a note to the teller and demanded cash. The suspect did not produce a weapon. Upon receiving a quantity of cash, the suspect fled toward the parking lot. The suspect remains unidentified and outstanding. Crime: Commercial Break and Enter - Laptop and Computer Thieves

Location: 1000 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 6K6, Canada

Vancouver Police Department File # 13-46881 On Friday evening, March 29th at 11:30pm, a total of five suspects were involved in a commercial break and enter to a business on Homer Street, in downtown Vancouver. Three of the suspects actually broke into the secure Vision 7 Marketing business premise located in the 1000 block Homer Street and stole numerous computers, carrying them out in a large canvas brown and green hockey bag and back pack. Several hours later, at 5:00am during the early morning of Saturday, March 30th, suspect #1 (joined by suspect #2) gained entry for a second time and is seen on CCTV video wheeling out a cart containing several computers, monitors and laptops. Shockingly, about two hours after the second break in, Suspect #1 breaks in for a third time and was captured on CCTV video walking out holding a stack of six laptops. Two other suspects assisted the first three by providing a getaway vehicle and helping load and transport the stolen goods away. All five suspects are unidentified and are still outstanding. Unfortunately the video stills are quite poor of suspects #3, #4 and #5. Crime: Coquitlam Gas Station Robbery - Suspects armed with a gun and large knife

Coquitlam RCMP File #13-30332 Investigators with the Coquitlam RCMP are requesting assistance from the public in order to help identify two suspects responsible for an armed robbery of a service station that took place several weeks ago. On October 11th, 2013, shortly after 11:00pm, two men with their faces fully disguised and covered up, robbed the Esso Gas Station inn the 1100 Block of Johnson Street in Coquitlam. One suspect produced a black handgun and threatened the two employees on duty. The other suspect held a knife. Suspect 1 is described as a young adult male with a medium to heavy build, approximately 5'10" tall, wearing black sweat pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, a black ski mask and black shoes He wore bright green work gloves and carried a black Nike back pack; Suspect 2 is described as a young adult male, slim to medium build, 5'8" to 5'10" tall, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, black sweat pants with white stripes, and white shoes. Both men fled the scene in a silver or light brown mid-2000s Chrysler 300." Crime: Craigslist Ticket Fraudsters - Can You Identify This Couple?

VPD File# 13-105232 Financial Crime Investigators are requesting immediate help from the public in order to identify two young enterprising fraudsters. Can you Identify them? The individuals in these photographs are suspects involved in a Craigslist ticket fraud [One Direction] as well as upcoming concerts such as Pink (October 21st, Rogers Arena). The couple are selling tickets on Craigslist and are meeting unsuspecting purchasers in person, typically near a Sky Train station or in a shopping mall area with close access to Sky Train. During each one of these transactions, they have been receiving between $200 and $1200 for the fraudulent tickets. There have been at least 30 reported incidents so far, taking place in a variety of municipalities in the lower mainland including Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster and Surrey. The event tickets are very good counterfeits of authentic Ticketmaster hardcopy tickets. The couple work together and separately. Delta Police Department File #13-13796 On Wednesday July 10th, 2013 at approximately 7:20pm, while a female bank client (victim) was conducting a transaction at a the ATM machine foyer at a financial institution located in the 7100 Block of Scott Road, an unknown suspect entered the RBC Bank and stood at the ATM kiosk next to the victim but did not conduct any banking. The victim was aware of the suspect but didn't pay too much attention as she was about to withdraw a significant amount of cash from the ATM. As the machine began processing the transaction request, the suspect pushed aside the victim with his left arm, grabbing the victims arm and with his other hand attempted to grab the cash which had not yet been dispensed. The victim began to scream attracting several bank employees that happened to be working late and immediately came to her aid as the male fled on foot. The victim was extremely traumatized but otherwise uninjured. The suspect is described as being a white male, mid 30’s, skinny, short brown hair, wearing a black patterened zippered hoodie over a dark tee shirt, beige cargo shorts, white socks with grey and black skater running shoes. He also wore an NY baseball cap and sunglasses. The suspect had a steel watch band on his left hand and a thick chain around his neck. To date, there have been five robbery incidents that are believed to be attributed to the same suspect. He needs to be caught! Crime: Determined Suspect - Attempts to rob Pharmacy two times

VPD File #'s 13-137716 and 13-142238 Investigators with the Vancouver Police Department are requesting assistance from the public in their efforts to identify a suspect that committed two attempt robberies to the Pharmasave drug store located in the 2000 Block of West Broadway in Vancouver. On Thursday August 22nd at 6:00pm, a male suspect entered the pharmacy holding a cloth over his face. The suspect approached the lone victim Pharmacist at the rear counter and attempted to get through the gate while demanding drugs. The victim was able to block the gate and yelled at the suspect who then fled. Exactly one week later on Thursday August 29th, the same suspect enterered the pharmacy, this time wearing a hoodie with the hood up and sunglasses. He barged through the gate and got behind the pharmacy counter. The suspect pushed the same lone pharmacist victim and demanded the “box” of drugs. The victim was able to grab a chair and postured defensively until the suspect left. The suspect is described as being a white male, approximately 35-40 years of age, 5'9" (175cm) and 161 pounds (73 kg), brown hair, balding on top. He remains unidentified and outstanding. Crime: Female Fraud Suspect in Surrey - Do You Know Who She Is?

Surrey RCMP File #13-154970 Surrey RCMP investigators are requesting help from the public in their attempts to identify a female fraud suspect that used stolen identification and tried to cash a falsified cheque. On November 22nd, 2013, an unidentified female entered the RBC financial institution located in the Sullivan Square shopping plaza, 15300 Block of 56th Avenue (Highway #10) in Surrey, BC. Upon approaching a teller the middle aged frmale attempted to cash a forged Government of British Columbia cheque. Although the cheque was authentic, the amount on the face had been fraudulently altered using an ink jet printer. The unidentified female also presented the teller with two pieces of identification that had been reported as stolen in Vancouver in early September. While the teller began making phone enquiries to the BC Government (which confirmed that the cheque was forged), the female became overly nervous and left the bank. Crime: Fourth Business Robbery in 22 Days - Abbotsford

Once he obtained money from the cash register he fled on foot southbound on McKenzie Road.The suspect was described as a Caucasian man, 5’6” tall with a stocky build. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled around his face. He wore a baseball cap under the hood. He wore sunglasses over his eyes and had a red and white bandana covering his mouth and nose. The suspect wore light coloured plaid patterned shorts, light coloured gloves and black and white running shoes (see still images).Abbotsford Police Department Patrol Division officers, Major Crime detectives and Forensic Identification Section members are all investigating the robbery. This represents the fourth business robbery in Abbotsford in just 22 days. In all of these incidents, a lone suspect has entered a business with a firearm in hand and wearing a hoody with bandana covering his face. The businesses have had minimal staff, and to this point, no customers in the premises when the suspect commits the robbery.Despite the fact a single suspect enters the business, it does not rule out the possibility that others are involved in the robberies by waiting nearby with getaway transportation.Again, the APD are encouraging business owners to elevate their robbery awareness and security practices, and to ensure that store video surveillance is operational. He proceeded to the cell phone area and almost immediately the security alarms began sounding. The suspect took two phones attached to security electronic wires. When he attempted to exit he was tackled by one of the store employees. Two other staff members attempted to pry the Samsung Galaxy S4 cell phones (total value approximately $1400) out of his hands but to no avail.As the struggle continued, a second male suspect got out of an awaiting blue Dodge Neon (determined to be stolen out of Hope) and threatened the employees to let his friend go or be harmed. The employees complied and the both suspects fled in the vehicle The driver of the vehicle was described as shorter, with very short blonde hair, muscular and in his 20’s.

His MO is to sit down next to the female victim, fold his arms so that his hand is hidden and then stroke the victim’s breast without anyone else noticing. The employee stated that along with a workmate, had just been robbed of cash at knife point. The suspect was described as a Caucasian, 20-30's, 5'10", slim build, wearing a black ball cap, black rim glasses, a black Adidas track jacket with a large Adidas logo on the back, blue jeans and white runners. His face was disguised with a camouflage cover up. The suspect demanded cash from the staff and upon complying, the suspect shortly thereafter fled on foot across the grass towards 287th. Crime: Male and female couple involved in theft and stabbing - Surrey

Police have obtained a surveillance photo of the pair they believe to be responsible (see attached photo).On December 11th at approximately 10:30pm, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 10400 block of King George Blvd. Upon attendance police learned that the driver of a blue 2003 Dodge Caravan had been approached by a male and female as he got out of his vehicle. The male produced a sharp edged weapon and demanded the keys for the vehicle. The driver complied and exited his vehicle. As the male suspect was getting into the vehicle, he was approached by two other males, described as white males in their mid 20's. The three males got into a physical exchange during which one of the two white males got into the van and drove off. The couple was last seen walking away southbound, and the other white male northbound. The van was last seen on King George Blvd and has not been recovered, nor has the white male who stole the van been identified. The driver of the van was unhurt in this incident.Approximately 10 minutes later, police received a call regarding a male that had just been stabbed. The victim, a 37 year old resident of Surrey, advised police that he was walking on King George Blvd near 106th Ave when he was approached by a male and female who he got into a verbal argument with. The male produced a sharp edged weapon. The victim advised that they walked away from each other when he realized he had been stabbed. The victim was transported to an area hospital but has since been released after being treated for a single stab wound to the upper torso. The victim advised that he did not know the male or female, and was not forth coming on what the verbal altercation was over.“Due to the circumstances and details of each case, we are looking to establish the connection between the two incidents,” says Surrey RCMP Cpl. Bert Paquet. “Until we locate and speak to the individuals involved, we cannot confirm officially that the cases are linked. Crime: Pedestrian Found Seriously Injured In Ditch After a Hit & Run

On April 18th at approximately 10:40 p.m. Langley RCMP was contacted by BC Ambulance Service as they were responding to an injured pedestrian in the 19700 block of 72nd Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Township of Langley Fire and BC Ambulance attending to a 19 year old Surrey woman with serious injuries to her head and lower body. She was transported by ambulance to hospital. It appears the victim had been walking eastbound on the south side of 72nd Avenue when she was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle did not remain at the scene. Fortunately, she was located in the ditch by another pedestrian who heard her moans and called for help. Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Services (ICARS) was called out to assist with the investigation. Presently, the Langley RCMP Traffic section has conduct of the file and is asking the driver of the vehicle to come forward. Crime: Pharmacy Robbery - Suspects Cash "Winning" Ticket

Vancouver Police File #13-133734 Detectives from the General Investigation Unit are requesting help from the public in order to identify two suspects believed to be working together committing robberies. Shortly after 4PM on Friday August 16th, a rather rough looking suspect entered the Pharmasave store located in the 4000 Block of Cambie Street and pushed his way behind the counter with the intent to rob the premise. The suspect rifled through the till stealing cash and then grabbed a quantity of lottery tickets and Fare Saver bus tickets along with some prescription pills, while demanding Percocet from the pharmacist. With his hands full, the suspect fled out the back door, jumping into the passenger seat of an awaiting van. The vehicle sped off and witnesses were unable to obtain a description of the driver or obtain a license plate number. Several hours later, just after 11PM a different suspect cashed in one of the "winning" stolen lottery tickets at a convenience store located in the Unit block of West Pender Street. Both suspects remain unidentified and outstanding. The suspect that committed the robbery is described as: A Caucasian male, late 30's or older, approximately 5'11", medium build, clean shaven with a shaved head of grey hair. he had a gaunt face and jutting jaw. The suspect had distinctive tattoos up the back and side of his neck, a scar or half moon tattoo on his right cheekbone and tatoos on both hands. The suspect that cashed in the lottery ticket is described as: A Caucasian male in his mid-20's, a thin build, very short brown hair and full sleeve tattoos on both arms and up the back sides of his neck. Crime: Rash of highrise Break-ins in New Westminster - Can you identify this suspect?

Crime: Residential Break and Enter - Vehicle and valuables stolen

VPD #13-206415 Vancouver police investigators are seeking assitance from the public in their attempts to solve a case involving a house being broken in to and ransacked. Several valuables along with the family vehicle were stolen. On December 14th, 2013 at approximately 5:30pm, a house in the 6200 block of Ontario Street in south Vancouver was broken into. The victim family at that time had earlier left the house for dinner. They had driven off in the family van leaving behind a 2011 Acura RDX in the garage with the keys in the house. The house was left locked and secured however the alarm had not been set. At approximately 8:10pm the family returned home and immediately noticed the overhead garage door open, the lights on in the garage and their 2011 Acura RDX stolen. The family then entered the house and observed that all the rooms had been ransacked. Several items including some unique and expensive jewellery had been stolen. Police were immediately called and since then have been conducting an extensive investigation. All valuables including the vehicle remain stolen and outstanding. No suspects have been identified at this point. ( The license plate on the stolen RDX at the time was 280WRC). Crime: Serial Bank Robber in Vancouver

Between July 5th and August 17th, this suspect was active in holding up four banks, obtaining money and evading police each time. His method was similar in each instance, demanding money with the threat of a gun. He is described as being a male in his 40's, approximately 5'7" with a heavy build. He altered his clothing for each offence but always wore sunglasses and carried a shoulder strapped bag with the strap diagonally across his body from the left shoulder. Once inside the vehicle, he produced a large knife.He drove her to a church parking lot in the 21200 block of 56 Avenue where she was sexually assaulted. He then drove her to the Langley bus loop at Logan and Glover and released her without further incident.The suspect is described as Caucasian, 50 years old, 6’0 tall, heavy build, balding with grey / blond hair, pale blue eyes, a full beard and wearing blue / grey shirt and pants, and sunglasses. He was driving a small, newer model, silver hatchback. Following two robberies on July 8th in Delta and July 9th in Surrey, the suspect is alleged to have committed 3 additional robberies, all on July 10th, one in Delta and two more in Surrey. Crime: Suspicious fire - Arson - male and female suspect

Shortly before 5pm on May 22, 2013, a fire was discovered in the alley of the 1600 E 10th Ave. Two people were captured on video entering the lane with a cardboard box and then walking onto a property. About 30 minutes later smoke was seen by area residents and a cardboard box was discovered burning on the ground next to a shed. It is possible that this was an accidental fire and not an Arson, however, police would like to speak with the couple seen leaving the lane. Crime: Take Over Bank Robbery - Three Suspects

VPD File #13-182117 On November 2nd, 2013, two early morning financial institution TD Bank staff members arrived at their bank located in the 3300 Block of West Broadway and entered with the intent to set up and prepare for opening at 8:00Am. Two masked suspects came up behind the employees and forced their way into the bank and at gunpoint and instructed the staff to lie down on the floor. A third suspect entered shortly afterwards and assisted with the robbery. One of victim’s hands were tied. Suspects attempted to open the bank vault, but were not successful. After hearing sirens, suspects fled the scene. The victims we able to eventually free themselves, after the suspects had fled and called 9-1-1. The bank was still closed at the time of the incident. Crime: Two Arson Suspects - Do you Know Who They Are?

The first file is #13-137317 On August 21, 2013, just before midnight, a fire was set in the stairwell at Royal Mall 1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver. The mall was closed at the time, but a young man entered through an unlocked door on the side of the building. After walking around the floors of the mall, the man left taking the stairwell where the fire was later discovered. A garbage can filled with papers was extinguished leaving some damage to the property. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 18-25years, clean shaven, with short brown hair. He was wearing black runners, 3/4 length jean shorts and a black hoodie with a white colored skull design on the left side. Under the hoodie, the man is wearing a red shirt and a gold chain around his neck. He wore rimless and brown frame eye glasses. He also wore a black baseball cap with a yellow logo on the brim, and carrying a black backpack with a water bottle stored on the right side pocket. The second file is #13-136079 On August 20th, 2013, an Arson destroyed a garage, carport and vehicle in the 4000 block of Boundary Road, Vancouver just before 2am. The damage was over $100,000. As fire crews worked to extinguish the blaze, neighborhood residents notice a man they had never seen before watching the fire unfold. The man is of interest to VPD Arson Team investigators. The suspect is a Caucasian male, 20-30 years of age, thin moustache, a tattoo on his right calf/shin and a possible tattoo on his right hand. He was wearing green and black runners, green cargo shorts, a long sleeve “XSV” shirt, a blue biker style helmet with stickers on the front and sides, including a snake head sticker is on the front center of the helmet. Crime: Two victims Assaulted by Three Males at Redrum Night Club

Vancouver Police File #13-42588 Police investigators are requesting help from the public in their attempts to identify three suspects involved in an assault. The suspects assaulted two victims as they were leaving the Redrum night club, located in the 400 Block Richards Street in downtown Vancouver at approximately 2:20am on Saturday, March 23rd. The night club was closing at the time and the street was packed with departing patrons. The two victims were waiting to cross at the corner of Richards Street and West Hastings when one of the victims was shoved by a suspect The victim pushed the suspect back and after some exchanged yelling, the suspect ran back toward the night club. The two victims carried on walking away and moments later were set upon by three suspects including the one that originally initiated the shoving. The victims were punched in the face, kicked to the ground and beaten severely. The suspects fled when the sirens of responding police officers could be heard. The photo clearly shows two of the suspects fleeing, while one victim is lying on the road by the curb as the second severly beaten victim appears crawling on his hands and knees. At least four witnesses can be seen on the sidewalk and several witnesses have provided helpful information of their observation to the police. Unfortunately however, the suspects still remain unidentified and outstanding.
